Two weeks paid trial with no additional commitment. There after minimum 3 months contract that can be extended. Resources may be added or terminated with one months notice. - Shadow resource at no extra charge:
For contracts above 6 months, with every senior developer we provide a shadow resource at no extra charge who will work with senior developer. Shadow resource gives additional output and acts as a backup resource in future to ensure smooth operation. - Payment:
Bi-weekly or monthly advance. We accept payment via wire transfer, paypal and other online providers.
